Terms and Conditions

We would like you to enjoy our slime as much as we do 🙂

If used and cared for correctly, slime can be fun and educational!

In saying so however, there are a couple of legalities we need to cover when you use or view our website:

External Hyperlinks

In the event that hyperlinks are loaded on our site, we take no responsibility for the content on the 3rd party’s site.

The Slime Shop takes no responsibility for the use or misuse of, or damage arising from the use or misuse of any of the products sold on this site. All products are used entirely at the discretion, responsibility and risk of the purchaser or user.  The purchaser, user or any participating person acknowledges that they accept all risk and responsibility for any loss, injury, damage or death which may occur. The Slime Shop and/or its employees are indemnified from any injury, losses, claims, liabilities or damages.

Sale Process

All items reflecting as “in stock” will be available for processing. Processing of an order takes up to 3 business days. All items reflecting as “available for back order” will be processed the moment the item arrives “in stock”. Sales are concluded once a successful bank payment has been effected and an item shipped accordingly. In the event that we are unable to fulfill an order, we reserve the right to immediately cancel said order without any reasoning being provided. In the event of the latter, should a successful bank transaction already have occurred, a full refund will be provided.

Proof of Delivery

We deem signature of the delivery by any person at the specified address during checkout as proof of delivery.

Personal information provided during the purchase process or during any other process is always treated with the utmost privacy and will not be shared with any 3rd party.
