General

Do you have any physical shops where I can purchase or view a product?

Unfortunately no, although the long term plan is to open shops in major cities nationally. For the time being however, we operate purely online, frequently attend market days and host pop up stores on a regular basis – please follow our Facebook, Instagram or Twitter account for the all updates.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payment through Payfast, one of the leading online payment processing service providers in South Africa! Through their online payment portal a multitude of payment options are available – instant EFT, EFT, Credit Card Payments etc.

Alternatively a standard EFT payment can be made. Note if you choose this option, your order will only be shipped once payment has cleared into our account at FNB.

Can I pay cash for my order?

If you are picking up your order from our premises (by prior arrangement only!), cash payments are accepted – no card facilities are available.

Any order that requires delivery, must be paid for either by EFT or via our online payment partner – Payfast, prior to items being shipped as no cash is handled by our couriers.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All items marked as in stock will be ready to ship within 3 days. Depending on your delivery choice during the checkout process your order could arrive as soon as the following day after dispatch. Tracking numbers are provided with all our shipping options for you to conveniently follow the delivery progress.

How do you charge for shipping?

We have 3 shipping options available:

– The Courier Guy – Flat Fee of R150 nationwide;

– Postnet to Postnet – Flat Fee of R100 nationwide;

– Local Pickup – Alberton – By prior arrangement only!, no charge.

Do you ship internationally?

No. Due to nature of our items and the fluctuating rand value, we do not ship internationally.

Can I change my order once it’s been placed?

Orders can be changed as long as we have not started processing your order yet. Please email us directly on sales@theslimeshop.co.za as soon as possible should you wish to make a change.

The item I want is out of stock, when will it be available again?

Our stock is updated daily, please check back often to view available stock or email us on sales@theslimeshop.co.za with any queries.

Do we accept returns?

Slime unfortunately does not last forever. All our slime’s are in perfect condition when leaving our premises. No returns will be considered.
